please chek the GETTING_STARTED.TXT file that you can find inside Lightstreamer distribution.
Such file contains all the instructions to deploy Lightstreamer server on your own machine.

The GETTING_STARTED.TXT file is also available online for both Moderatoand Allegro/Presto/Vivace versions
