Recommendations for Server Hardware

I am trying to size a server for Lightstreamer and wanted to know if there are any suggestions. The customer will be making millions of connections and I'm not sure what the best architecture would be. Since the processes are relatively light weight and numerous I was thinking one of the T-Series servers would be best. Does anyone have any experience with sizing they can share.
