Have you tried using the latest Python Client (version
2.1.0)? It requires only Python 3.7+.
If you still encounter errors, please enable the logger (refer to the
Loggingsection on the
Quickstart page) and share the output.
Usually, a few seconds of logs should be sufficient to diagnose the issue.
